Denali Warranty
When you build an innovative rod you have to have an innovative warranty as well. We want the purchase of your Denali rod to leave you with 100% satisfaction and to insure this, your Denali rod will carry two warranty options. The stated warranty applies only to original full purchase owners.
Defect Warranty
Your Denali Rosewood Rods will carry a limited lifetime warranty on defects in either material or workmanship. The Denali Jadewood Rods will carry a one year warranty from the original date of sale. Damage caused by misuse, abuse and/or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Should a problem occur with your rod due to defects in materials or workmanship, the rod will be repaired or replaced. Rods returned under this warranty must be shipped in a disposable container along with original proof of purchase and/or warranty registration, along with a $20 check or money order for return shipping. Ship the complete damaged rod back in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, along with a check or money order for $20 return shipping. Also include your original proof of purchase and a completed defect warranty return form. We reserve the right to deny any claim if all the above mentioned items are not included with your return. The stated warranty applies only to original full purchase owners.
No Fault Warranty
Denali Rods are also covered, to the original owner, under our “No Fault” warranty for the lifetime of the rod. With this policy we will replace your rod, no questions asked, for a set fee. Within the first year of the “No Fault” warranty, Denali will replace your rod for a significantly reduced fee plus $20.00 for return shipping. The charges will be left to the full discretion of the Denali service representative and pricing will be deemed according to the age of the rod and other relevant circumstances. Any litigation will be addressed by laws and courts in the state of Arkansas.
